We make every effort to ship orders out the same day they are received, but we have a shipping cutoff of 1:00pm CST, so your order could take up to 24 hours to go out. We ship Monday through Friday (business days), so orders received after 1:00pm CST on a Friday will ship on the following Monday.
In the United States, all of our orders are shipped UPS Ground (2-3 Business Days). If you desire a different shipping method, an earlier delivery date, or a shipment outside the country, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will be happy to try and accommodate, and will work with you to minimize the additional charges.
Delivery is available Monday through Friday (holidays excluded); UPS does offer Saturday deliveries, but this would be for an additional charge. Legal holidays, inclement weather and unexpected circumstances could delay order processing.
We custom pack each order daily to be sure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition. Because our product is freshly handmade in small batches, delays may occur in processing your order.
If the tin you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to determine a suitable substitute.
Q: What is KingKorn's Guarantee?
A: Your complete and total satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied for any reason we will replace your order, refund or credit your account, whichever you prefer.
Q: Can I send to a P.O. Box?
A: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs. UPS requires a physical address.
Q: Can I ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
A: Yes, shipments are sent 2nd day air. Allow 3-4 business days. There will be additional fees.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?
A: If your delivery address needs to change after your order is placed, please call us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your change if the order has not already shipped.
Q: Will UPS or KingKorn of Texas call before delivering the package?
A: No, it is your responsibility to let the recipient know a package is coming. We strongly advise this because the package is of a perishable nature.
Q: Does someone have to be home to sign for the package?
A: We ship all orders without requiring a signature for release; if no one is available to sign, UPS will leave your order at the door without requiring a signature. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery. If you're sending a gift, please notify the recipient that a perishable package will be arriving. KingKorn of Texas cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries
where the customer is not available to receive the order.
In the event that no one is home to receive your order, we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to ensure delivery.
Q: Can I receive a confirmation of my order?
A: We will automatically send you an e-mail confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid
e-mail address. You will also receive a tracking number via e-mail after the shipment has been picked up by UPS. To ensure that you receive all our emails, add our email address to to your address book or trusted sender list.
Q: Can you ship to school dormitories?
A: UPS requires a physical delivery address, which for schools is often different than the postal address. Please check with your student's school regarding the proper delivery address and internal routing information for UPS shipments on campus.
Q: Can I specify an exact delivery date for my order?
A: Yes! When checking out, you will be able to specify a delivery week or an exact delivery date for your order. We will ship your order in time to arrive on or just before your requested delivery date. Please remember that your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order.
Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to extra handling charges and fees. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged to the customer at the time the order is processed. Orders shipped internationally or outside the 48 contiguous states are sent via a UPS Express service and may require additional delivery time. Regrettably, there are some countries to which we are unable to ship. Please contact our Customer Support Team to ask about international shipping and handling charges.
